STEP 1: The Coaching Agreement

While the Coaching Agreement outlines the policies and procedures for coaching, God is also a party to this agreement as well. So if there is anything that gives you a pause in your spirit, let's talk about it. You can preview the document by clicking the button below. However, a separate email will be sent from DROPBOX for you to sign electronically. STEP 2: Payment

Coaching is an investment in yourself. It is a highly personalized and high-end service that delivers life-giving and transformational results. I coach on a retainer basis and a minimum commitment of 3 months is required to begin. Often this is just the beginning, because of the results my clients are getting, many of my clients continue to work with me for 6 months, a year, or longer.

I offer monthly and quarterly payment options. Single session appointments are available upon request. Please select the payment frequency that works best for you below.

STEP 3: Schedule Your First Session

If you didn't schedule your first session during our inquiry session then you can do so here, otherwise you should have received an email confirmation (check your junk or spam folder).

STEP 4: Jump Start Assessment

The beginning of any change starts with awareness. We get that awareness by identifying where we are right now and where we want to go.

This assessment will set the foundation for coaching.

You will identify where you are now,
You will set your desired outcomes (for one month to one year down the road),
You will identify what, if anything, has held you back so far,
You will capture your strengths and values, and
You will help me understand how best to coach you (i.e. "tough love" or "take it easy on me").

NOTE: Access to this assessment will be provided in your client portal. And a copy of your assessment results will be emailed to you and me.

As a member of my coaching program, you have access to an exclusive client portal!

Your Sessions: All your sessions (current, future, and past) will be in your portal. You can see how many sessions we have remaining, with one glance, never guess again.
Your Notes: You will be able to take digital notes on each session
Your Recordings: In addition, after each session, the audio or video recordings of our session will be posted for you to review.
Your Call Transcript: I want you to be fully present for our conversation and because I know you will have some powerful revelations I want to make sure you have access to the text of what you said. I use a service called Otter.ai to transcribe our sessions and those .txt files will be available for you in your portal.
Your Assessments: If there's an assessment assigned in a session, it will be uploaded to your portal for you to download.
